If you choose us to install GAF shingles on your home, you’ll be eligible for the industry-leading Golden Pledge® Warranty. Even if you choose metal or tile roofing, we follow all manufacturer installation recommendations with great care. We also offer gutter installation in conjunction with any roof replacement.

We Offer Free Inspections!
No matter who did your current roof and gutter installation or how old it is, you should have regular roofing inspections. When you call Bay Valley Contractors for a roofing inspection, we’ll evaluate your entire roofing system using the latest technology and advise you of any recommended maintenance or necessary repairs. If your roof is nearing the end of its life, we’ll let you know that as well. We’re happy to partner with you in the process from start to finish.

What types of residential roofing materials do you install?
Bay Valley has significant experience working with asphalt shingle, metal, tile, flat, and solar roofing systems. We utilize GAF, Westlake, and IB manufacturer products.
Is it possible to finance my roofing project?
Yes! We recognize that roofing projects are expensive, but necessary, which is why we offer a variety of financing options in partnership with Service Finance and Sunlight Financial.
How will I know if I need roof repairs or a full replacement?
Bay Valley offers comprehensive roof inspections to determine your roofing needs. If your roof shows significant wear and tear, storm damage, or is old, we may recommend a total replacement. We encourage regular roof maintenance and inspections to extend the life of your roof.
What warranties do you offer?
Bay Valley offers a wide range of warranties to back our work. As a GAF Master Elite contractor, we offer all GAF warranties (including the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty for asphalt shingles). IB products come with a 20-year warranty, and West Lake products are backed by a 50-year warranty. We don’t believe in “tail-light warranties” that are only valuable as long as our work truck is still visible!Â
