What types of services does Bay Valley offer?
We are expert residential and commercial roofers. Our services also include solar roofing and home battery systems. We encourage you to take advantage of our industry-leading warranties and our financing partners.
Is your commercial roofing process different from residential?
In some ways, yes. Our residential process is more straightforward since there are fewer players. We are happy to meet with project and apartment managers, boards, and company members to negotiate the terms of our partnership.
What warranties do you offer?
Bay Valley offers a wide range of warranties to back our work. As a GAF Master Elite contractor, we offer all GAF warranties (including the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty for asphalt shingles). IB products come with a 20-year warranty, and West Lake products are backed by a 50-year warranty. We don’t believe in “tail-light warranties” that are only valuable as long as our work truck is still visible!Â
